When will my order be dispatched for delivery?

From your purchase date, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 Business Days with our fast shipping.

Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?

In rare cases that your order has exceeded the due delivery date or you believe that it has been lost, please get in contact with us via the contact page located at the bottom and we will do our absolute best to assist you in locating your order.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, then we accept no responsibility if it gets damaged, lost or stolen.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Yes, every product is 100% authentic. Our products go through an authentication process which includes thoroughly checking the stitching, tags, materials and much more to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and authenticity.

Do we purchase/trade sneakers?

What ShopNow & PayLater options do we have?

We offer AfterPay, ZipPay and PayPal Pay-In-4 at the checkout. We can do custom payment plans if you do not have these services.
